Animation List for the Ryan Head Version

Animations that denote speech capabilities means a special set of speech animations (mouth movements) was also created to coincide with that animation. Each speech animation set has 7 different mouth movements to emulate the most common phonemes.

  1. Acknowlege - nods head
  2. Announce - gesture pose with speech capabilities
  3. Blinks
  4. Confused - gets confused look with speech capabilities
  5. Congratulate - turns head and winks with speech capabilities
  6. Decline - gets angry look and shakes head "NO" with speech capabilities
  7. DoMagic 1 - Raises brows
  8. Explain - tilts head with speech capabilities
  9. Gesture Down Pose - looks down and then up at user with speech capabilities
  10. Gesture Left Pose - turns head and looks left then looks back at user with speech capabilities
  11. Gesture Right Pose - turns head and looks right then looks back at user with speech capabilities
  12. Gesture Up Pose - looks up and then down at user with speech capabilities
  13. Get Attention - winks with sound effect to get the user's attention
  14. Hearing/Listening - expressions as in listening to user
  15. Hide - disappears from screen with special effect
  16. Idle or rest pose - default pose with speech capabilities
  17. Looks Down - during idle or rest pose
  18. Looks Left - during idle or rest pose
  19. Looks Right - during idle or rest pose
  20. Looks Up - in idle or rest pose
  21. Move Down - disappears and reappears at new location on users screen
  22. Move Left - disappears and reappears at new location on users screen
  23. Move Right - disappears and reappears at new location on users screen
  24. Move Up - disappears and reappears at new location on users screen
  25. Process - small screen appears displaying character is processing info with sound effect
  26. Read - with speech capabilities
  27. Sad - gets a very sad look on her face with speech capabilities
  28. Search - small screen appears displaying Simone is searching with sound effect
  29. Sleep Mode - character nods off and into to sleep mode after a period of inactivity
  30. Show - appears on desktop with special effect
  31. Smiles - during idle or rest pose
  32. Surprised - gets surprised or shocked look on face with speech capabilities
  33. Think - gesture pose as in just having a thought with speech capabilities
  34. Winks - during idle or rest pose
  35. Write - small screen appears displaying character is processing info with sound effect

IMPORTANT FOOT NOTE:
Characters are compiled digital software that include these animations but DO NOT operate by themselves. A characters animations are generated by the Microsoft Agent Core Components. Third party MS Agent applications such as CyberBuddy makes use of these animations and core components to operate and make a character active. The amount of activity and when and what animations are used will mostly depend on the application you are using to operate your character, most of these applications do allow a certain amount of user interaction so make sure to throughly read the documentation and help that came with the application you are using to get the most out of your character.
