Redirection and Download Issues:

If you are using FIREWALLS or Internet security software such as Norton Security or have your browser's security settings specified to inhibit tracking or site activity, this can cause problems with the redirection process and you should Turn This Off during the payment process so that your payment can be verified and successfully redirect you to the download page. Some versions of AOL browsers are set by default to inhibit IP tracking, if your unsure about your setting or how to check or change it, try using an alternate browser for making your purchase, such as IE. If for any reason your not redirected to the download page immediately after your payment has been processed please go to our Customer Support Page and submit our form provided there and we will manually verify your payment and send you access to the downloads.

What If I Experience A Problem Receiving My Download After I Have Paid?

1. You should immediately receive an email statement or invoice confirming your transaction. If you do not receive this confirmation and were not transfered to the download page then your transaction was most likey not succesfully processed and you should try again. If your unsure, just send us an email and we will check for you.

2. If you did receive a statement confirming your transaction was complete but were not taken to the download page or if you were succesfully taken to the downoad page but experienced problems completing the download from such events as server disconnections or browser/computer crashes etc. PLEASE DO NOT RUN YOUR CREDIT CARD AGAIN instead, go to our support page and we will provide you with access to the download that you purchased.
